Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delay or issue caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply.
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 2 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with lace intact, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sglbeauty2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 – 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on clearance items, sale items, or custom-made products.
